Meet Marcos: The Beginning
“Hi there, thank you for wanting to get to know a little more about me. Ever since I was little, I have always enjoyed using my imagination and creativity to create something out of nothing. As I grew, that translated into me starting my first business at 8 years old. There, I learned how to advertise and market for my business, as well as negotiate with potential clients.”
With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder has always strived to create a team that could have an amazing impact on the world. Here’s more from him:
Marcos: Meeting Social Media
“When I started my first couple businesses, I never really felt the need to use social media until I started making and selling slime in 2019. During that time, I learned how Instagram works and experimented with different formats and filming equipment. Years later, on February 1st, 2021, I opened Guppi Slimes! This was the start of a redefined future, even though I had no idea back then. The funniest part? I told all of my friends that I would NEVER start a TikTok account. Today? My Guppi Slimes TikTok account (@guppislimes) is the largest account I have ever had, with over 50,000 followers! Learning how to navigate through social media virality and managing a business on my own was stressful but very rewarding, especially considering I was graduating high school in a couple months from then. Little did I know that was just the start of my social media career.”
“From 2023-2024, I focused on continuing to build my Guppi Slimes business, and studying for my Certificate in Business Administration, while receiving my first couple collaborations with large and small brands. There, I learned how to negotiate and create amazing, captivating videos of myself. Since then, in 2025, I was able to collaborate with a specific brand 3 separate times, which allowed me to further refine my abilities. During that same year, I graduated from college, receiving my Certificate in Business Administration, and I studied for and obtained my real estate license (@realtybymarcos), further learning how to create content as a real estate agent for beautiful properties. Not only that, I was commissioned to design a website for a legal team, allowing me to further improve my web design abilities. Now? I want to take the leap and help YOU, creating beautiful and completely custom marketing strategies, so that your brand and business could succeed in the fast paced, everchanging social media landscape. I am so excited to continue the next chapter of our lives together, creating something truly amazing!”
