Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
Opaline Social Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or business at its sole discretion. We also reserve the right to terminate services at any time if a client fails to adhere to these terms, engages in unprofessional conduct, acts in bad faith, or does not comply with agreed-upon expectations or scope of work.
Termination of services does not entitle the client to any refund, credit, or reimbursement.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to Opaline Social Studio are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Strategy packages
Consultations
Retainers
Memberships
Custom or bespoke services
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, early termination, lack of results, or failure to implement provided strategies.
Appointment Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule appointments or consultations up to 36 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Requests made within 36 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the session. Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
Annual Memberships & Contract Cancellation
Clients enrolled in annual memberships, retainers, or long-term agreements are responsible for fulfilling the full contract term.
Early cancellation will result in a cancellation fee ranging from $5,000 to $15,000, depending on the scope of services and remaining contract duration.
Custom strategy plans and bespoke agreements are subject to significantly higher cancellation fees due to the personalized nature of the work.
All cancellation fees are due immediately upon termination.
Strategy Implementation & Results Disclaimer
Opaline Social Studio provides strategic guidance based on professional expertise and industry best practices.
To experience visual growth or improvement, clients must implement strategies exactly as outlined and recommended. Opaline Social Studio is not responsible for results impacted by partial implementation, delayed execution, inconsistent posting, or deviations from the recommended strategy.
Results are not guaranteed and may vary based on execution, consistency, market conditions, and client participation.
